Preconditions:
According to the tracking information, the warranty period is 30 days after the product is shipped (if you need to return the product, please contact us within 30 days).
Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
Second return is not accepted.
Shipping fee of returning will be paid by customers because the product don't fit, don't like it, arriving late and other subjective reasons.
Please make sure the order number you provide is correct. Customers will be responsible for the consequences of sending the wrong order number.
The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
Gift cards purchased online are not eligible for return.
Return Steps

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team by online chat or email.
Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Photos including the product and label.
Please package the item(s) securely in their original packaging, with all tags attached, and include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip.
Return the product to the return address provided by the staff.

You will be responsible for the cost of the return.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
We offer a full refund on any product that is clearly faulty or damaged due to our fault.
About when refunds are processed

Upon arrival, please allow our returns team 1-3 business days to process your item. All items returned are thoroughly inspected post-arrival.
